Day 1 - 39 days to 39

Today is the first day of my personal 39 days to 39 challenge. For the next 39 days I am going to workout with a different fitness expert and share the experience with all of you. At the end of the 39 days I am going to participate in an unreal once in lifetime photoshoot opportunity for a major magazine.....As part of my 39 days to 39 I will also be on the first cut nutrition program of my competition season. In addition to the generosity of my amazing 39 trainers/experts, Nutrishop USA is going to be my official supplement sponor of my 39 days to 39; providing me with every supplement I will need including greens, multi vitamins, protein powder, BCAA's, etc. So...Let the Games Begin!!!

Nutrition and Supplements:
For the first 3 days of my 39 days to 39 I am going to do a mini cleanse. No starches and no fruits for those three days. This will help me manage the cravings I can sometimes get when I start a cut.

I woke up with 1/2 scoop of Forza Pro mint choc chip Whey Protein with one egg white baked.
1 TBSP coconut oil
Nutek: Natures Fruits

This was the coolest big lift workout I have ever done. Always lift maximum weight.
I did a big lift back day

Bent Over Rows - Tapping the bar on the floor - 4 sets of 15 reps
Single Arm Dumbbell Rows - Tapping the floor - drop down set - 20 right/20 left/10 right/10 left - 4 sets
Reverse Plank Pullups - 4 sets of 15
Chest Lifted Rows with High Elbows - Short Range of Motion at Top - 4 sets of 15 reps.

Great end of my day 1....
